We are flying home with Riley and the dog on Weds. The dog is 44lbs and goes under the plane. She has anxiety issues with new situations so we slip her a pill before the flight. The vet gave us new pills so we have to do a trial run.

I swear to god she is tripping! She's walking a little slow and a little sideways. She just wolfed down her food. And she keeps playing with the chime garden. She's obsessed with the chime garden! She's also sniffing out an owl mirror toy we have on the floor.

She's so flipping cute! And drugged. Before anyone flames me, she is absolutely fine! Her pupils look normal, she's eating, wagging her tail and making direct eye contact with me. She's also cuddling on the couch with us.

    Awww!! Poor Riley! Last year when we got Remy fixed I couldn't stop laughing. She was so funny !!

    We have NEVER (and will never I think) fly with the dog AND babies.  But however we do have to travel with all 3 when we go visit DH's family in our truck.. I agree with Prim... Go with God.

    Scout is the dog. :)

    We talked about kenneling Scout but her anxiety issues make that not work.

    Haha. You're very brave! My dog's groomer told me to give my dog Benadryl once & the dog was so weird after. Never again!

    Aw, haha that's great...a drugged dog.  I have to give Hughston Benadryl in the Spring and Summer because his pansy white hair and pink skin apparently make him more prone to allergies?  He licks and chews like crazy (dives me batty)!  But when I give him the Benadryl he acts like he's drugged and he sleeps a lot, it's kind of nice ;)

    We are bringing the whole kit n caboodle! We're gate checking the car seat and stroller.
