11 weeks cramping lower back pain ... Thoughts?

Anyone else have this towards the end of their first tri? I had cramping early on at 6 weeks but now it's come back again with lower back pain as well.

No bleeding. I have a fetal heart Doppler at home & found the babies heart beat yesterday. So I know peanut is still ok. Is it possible that things are just shifting around in there? It's the weekend so my dr office is closed ... I really wanted to ask her what she thought.

    I have that all the time and so far everything is fine.  I  am sorry you are having this issue.  Call your doctor if you need/want to.  That is why they are there and they are quite helpful in instances such as this.  Have Hubby/SO/Boyfriend rub your back?  I get mine to do that every other night.  If they are not in the picture, maybe a massage at like La Vida or massage Envy or another massage parlor local to your area?
