  Roobeez stays on my LO's feet and he's even wearing a size too big.  No mittens stay on well though! We have a snowsuit with mittens built in.

  Speaking of REI we just got a Columbia fleece shell there that has both fold up sleeves and feet. I've never had luck with separate pieces.

  I think the set I have is from JJ Cole? I got it from Buy Buy Baby. It has mittens, a hat, and booties that stay on well.

  Padraig booties are really big here in Canada, they are wool with a leather sole.  I see so many babies/toddlers wearing them.  We just got a pair for our 2 yr old

  I try to buy outfits that have built in feet for this reason.  My son is a sock hating ninja, no matter what kind of socks, no matter what I do to try to get them to stay on his feet, he rips them off and they go right into his mouth.
