I think im over worrying

I had a miscarriage a few years ago... I am pregnant again, im about 4 weeks, im not having any spotting or cramping, however im also not craving food, no morning sickness, body feels and looks the same, i seem and feel totally normal, so now im scared because im having no pregnancy syptoms, i have blood work tomorrow to test my levels and make sure they are high but im jus sooooo scared ill miscarry again :( i think im being over paraniod but I dont want to miscarry :/

Re: I think im over worrying

  • Well first of all, you're only 4 weeks. Your body will probably look the same for a while now. You are super early! I didnt have any symptoms at all at 4 weeks except this really painful cramp I would get randomly. Just relax. I know it's hard, because I've been worried too and still do sometimes. There is nothing you can do about a miscarriage.. Unfortunately. If you aren't having severe cramping or you're not bleeding then I can guess you're probably ok :)

    It's a BOY

  • I didn't really have much for symptoms until 6 weeks with morning sickness kicking in around 8 weeks. I wouldn't worry too much. You'll drive yourself crazy.

  • I'm sure telling you not to worry is completely pointless, because we all do it! But at 4 weeks, I had no idea I was pregnant yet... I had zero symptoms. Then I had slight cramping, which led me to believe that I was going to start my period... Which of course didn't happen. I didn't have anything until almost 7 weeks, you're so early I'm sure you have nothing to worry about in terms of not having symptoms.

  • I had a Mmc in feb. I am 12w. I was super nervous too and still am.

I have not had much in MS. Just a little nausea once in awhile. My boobs are not sore and have not grown.

Only think I really have is I am very tired. You are early. Symptoms might show up soon.

I think when you have a mc you will always be nervous no matter what.

    Congrats!!!

I had zero symptoms with DD. No nausea, sore boobs, cravings, cramping, heartburn, etc. I didn't show until I was like 24 weeks. No symptoms and not showing means nothing. Most people don't even know they are pregnant at 4 weeks, it is way early to have symptoms.

  • Symptoms don't tend to kick in until 5-6 weeks and some women never really feel much different. It's still so early, try not to worry about it and just enjoy feeling normal for as long as it lasts!

  • I had no symptoms thru out and I'm 21 weeks now. The only thing is I'm growing :-)
  • Hang in there! I didn't start "feeling" pregnant until about 6 wks. No m/s until 7 wks.
  • I didn't have any symptoms until 5w. Actually at 4w I was finishing up a dietbet I was doing that month and had no idea at all I was pregnant. It's still super early and like everyone else has said, no symptoms is not a bad thing, enjoy it. I get the being worried thing, I've lost 2 pregnancies...hang in there and congrats.
