girlie undies for a small toddler

I was hoping to get some girlie underwear for Eva as a stocking stuffer for her inevitable potty training but she is soooo tiny.  I am wondering if anyone has any luck with any brand of underwear that fit slimmer kids...

    I buy the majority of my DDs clothes at Children's Place because their stuff tends to run slimmer.  Same is true of their undies.  My DD is at 3T there and wears size 2/3 undies.

    I PT my kids at 17 & 15 months old (my 15 month old DD was 18 lbs)- I used boy underwear for both.  My DD is now 3 and is still super small (she's 26 #) and still wears boy underwear- it just fits better.  I found character underwear fits small and of course colored underwear.  I just bought Hanes 2T and rolled the waist band.
