I hate being at the end of the month

This is a worthless vent. Being at the end of the month means we're the last ones to change tickers. Now I'm seeing all the awesome limes and that seems soooo far away! It's like we're in a race and can't ever catch up! I want to go hang out in August so I can feel cool.

I had a due date of 7/21 with DS and didn't end up having him until 8/4. I never check my August 12 BMB because I never got acclimated to that group and so I just don't bother.

This was me with DS. He was due 5/25 but I didn't have him until 6/1. Much like the PP I didn't even go into June at the time because I had already made may way with the May mommies LOL. Best of luck to you and its ok to vent on things

I don't even know how accurate the fruit comparisons are. My ticker says baby is the size of a green olive, but doc said (healthy) baby is "no bigger than a grain of rice". I forgot to ask her what the actual measurement was, though

If I am early there is a possibility this baby could be born on DH's birthday! I don't know if he would like that but it would be pretty cool.

Ugh, yes! I want to be out of the first trimester so bad, and I must admit jealousy of those approaching that point. I am glad to be at 8 weeks, but I still feel behind!

Me too!!! I was at the end of the month last time too (I had my girls 6 weeks early though so I was one of the first to give birth on my BMB). I want a lime!

At 9 weeks mine measured 9.9mm which is bigger than a blueberry, so I'm taking this fruit size thing as a broad guide and peek ahead a week!

I'm due in the middle on the 17th so I get to be tortured by the limes ahead of me and by the blueberries resurrecting old questions (not that they should stop asking)!

I shouldn't whine, since I'm due on the 9th so I'll be a wrinkly prune tomorrow...but before my dating u/s I thought I was due on the 4th so I've been rereading all the same tips and had to rewind my ticker back to an olive lol. Not fair!!

I thought I was due end of June and was disappointed about being at the end of the month. I was given a revised due date after ultrasound to July 2nd so I was happy to be at the beginning of the month for this very reason. Totally understand ya girlfriend!

I'm just pissy because I was sure I was correct in my assumption I was a late June due date, and today I wod have been 13 weeks, and a peach.

but I got pushed back (baby was healthy!) to 9 weeks at my u/s last week, so now I just turned prune. I'm trying to be happy! I'm double digits! BUT I WANTED TO BE A PEACH,DAMMIT!

I feel ya! With my DD, I also had a end of the month due date and always felt behind. With DS, I was beginning of the month, but he was soooo late that most of my birth month had their babies before he came.

July 28 and know the feeling! But I'm taking it day-by-day and enjoying every moment (even the debilitating nausea) ... After 4 years and a m/c I have realized some things are worth the wait and am trying to appreciate each step along the way.... I can't wait til I'm a lime but I love learning about what my little blueberry is doing

I have a secret fear of this when I have my first u/s on the 23rd. I don't want them to tell me I have to back track to previous fruit!

I know your pain... especially when you were a little further along and then have to repeat a week. I'm due july 25. I had my son 5 weeks early, so instead of having a mid June baby I had an early May baby. I'm nervous along with even making it through this pregnancy, about having another preemie.

I was at the end of the month last time too, now I'm July 1!! Eleven weeks today! Sorry suckas!!!

In all reality though it does kind of stink for information purposes. I declined the first tri screenings today but I know there will prob be a lot more posts about them. I had to make my decision without the 8 gazillion threads of your experiences/opinions!
