When I'm really in the mood to sing, I crank up Broadway show tunes. Pretty much anything from Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables or Wicked will get me belting out songs and the top of my lungs...and acting it out!

I don't listen to the radio much in the car. Pretty much the only songs I ever sing in the car (and this is very rarely) are Final Fantasy songs with vocals (Eyes on Me, Melodies of Life, Suteki da ne). They are pretty much the only songs that I can remember by heart without musical cues. NERD FLAG FLYING HIGH.

Do you drive in silence? Listen to books on tape? Just curious.

I normally set Youtube playlists on my Android, but a lot of the time it's more talk-show type things rather than songs. If it's a looooong drive I will listen to the radio (half music, half talk radio like NPR) or Pandora.

I am not a big country fan, but when Austin by Blake Shelton comes on DH and I both HAVE to sing it at the top of our lungs, complete with our best fake country twangs. (Ok, so I don't listen to country radio and might just happen to put it on almost every mix CD I make for the car....)
I'm a high school choir teacher and I sing all day, therefore I rarely sing in the car. However if I'm in the mood to belt it out, I tend to put in showtunes

Nice. I rock some NPR occasionally but I really need to be in the mood.
Anything I like or that sounds catchy, I'll sing along to! I sing all the time, it's just part of who I am. SO and I communicate in song probably about 40% of the time because we are weird lol

I'm like this too! My sisters and I communicate using song lines, keeps it interesting!! Ill sing along to any tune/ song I know, albeit badly, I don't care!!!

Same here. Sweeney Todd and the Producers will work too
Pretty much anything that is on. If I am in the car and the radio is on, chances are I'm singing. The louder, the better! And if I don't know the words, I just make them up!
Jut about anything i know most of the words to i will sing but i really rock out to anything Miranda Lamburt or Kasey Musgraves! Anything by either of them comes on and the volumes goes up and dancing in the car moves come out!

But in reality I know all the words to *most* songs and when driving by myself will sing to anything.
