Calling all Boston moms!

I just noticed there seems to be a lot of us, I am clearly very observant! Boston area A14 check in? Where do you all live?

I live in Somerville but I'll be delivering at MGH, so baby better time its arrival around rush hour or I'll end up giving birth on Memorial Drive.

Totally crashing, I'm not in Boston anymore but I delivered my first at Mt Auburn in Cambridge, and lived in Brighton at the time. I miss it!!!

ETA: Mt. Auburn was AMAZING. I switched at 30 weeks from St. Elizabeth's to Mt. Auburn because of the midwives, and it was the best decision I ever made.

@maelic I used to live in Somerville! I miss it so much! I was close to Davis and could walk everywhere.
I live in a north shore burn now and will be delivering at the North Shore Birth Centernear Beverly hospital. I'm not native to MA I grew up in NH and moved here.

I'm crashing too. I left for NJ 2 1/2 yrs ago, but spent 3 years in Brookline & 3 in Quincy. Grew up on Cape Anne. Went to the MWs at MGH with DD until 36w when I moved.

Live in Abington (right next to Weymouth) and work in southie near the World Trade Center, delivering at south shore !

I considered them but I was worried about getting to Cambridge in time to deliver lol.

@Serenla I currently live in Davis, it's AWESOME. We're moving out to Concord next year and I know for a fact that I will miss it terribly (despite the fact that I'm excited to have a big veggie garden and horses for neighbors out there).

My husband is from NH and I'm from Italy, both transplants but we love the Boston area very very much.

My gps wants to make me go that way and last time it took me 3 times to drive far enough away that I could figure it out but I think I can get on Storrow Drive West from another way. It's usually late enough in the day that I just drive home so that is easy......I was surprised to see some more Boston Ladies : )

I'm just outside of Boston
I'm delivering at newton wellesley. Anyone hear anything good/bad about NWH?

@Aprilmay9 - My friend delivered at BI last month and had a great experience.

Luckily, I now work from home most of the time. I used to commute to Medford everyday and it was horrible! I would leave my house at 5:45AM to get to Medford by 8AM and wouldn't get home until 8PM. It sucked!!!

I do have to go into the office in Medford about twice a month. I tend to dread office days!!!

Glad to see New England is well represented on here!!

We should have a MOS meetup! Like @Serenla said, with kids or sans kids, either way would be awesome. Bunch of pregnant ladies, we could tear up the town/museum.

I'm in East Bridgewater, which is south of Boston. I had no idea there were so many MA Mommas here! I'll deliver at South Shore.

I'm in MA, about an hour and twenty from Boston. I'm on the southcoast in Westport. I'll deliver at Jordan, barring complications.

I'm actually in central CT. From Boston though and miss home terribly. Both RI and MA and NY are only 1 hour drives for me though. I think we need some GTG's!

My fellow South Shore townie! I grew up in Norwell and actually know most of the L&D nurses at SSH!!! I may be able to hook you up with some special treatment

I'm in Brookline! Coolidge Corner actually, we love it.

@Amsull324 I am delivering at NWH, too! Even though we are closer to BW and BI I love my OB and she is out at NWH. Although, I work in NYC during the week so I guess I could always end up going into labor down here, and then my plan is shot anyway!

I used to live just off of Harvard Ave in Brookline and also on Summit Ave, I love Coolidge Corner....especially Coolidge Corner Clubhouse! And Upper Crust and Ana's, oh how I miss Ana's. And there used to be a really good vegetarian Thai/Chinese restaurant on Harvard....damnit now I want so many good foods!

And I definitely miss the wine store that used to be on the corner with their free tastings every week!
