Another Update: Professional Photographers

My pictures still hadn't shown up yesterday after having been told I would have them by the end of the week. I called her and she told me she had received a confirmation that my pictures had arrived, so she would need to check and see what had happened. She sent me a message today. Her husband forgot to fill out on the slip where the pictures needed to go. So, her lab sent them back to her. According to her they arrived at her house on her birthday and one of her kids just put them somewhere.

I am really annoyed. I bought the rights to about ten of them so that I can make them into Christmas gifts and now I will be cutting it really, really close and I have missed a ton of good deals from Shutterfly.
