Is it really all gas?

My belly is soo bloated! All day, every day. I took gas-x today and went to the bathroom twice. How am I still so huge?

    I'm 11w and look like I'm 7 months pregnant from all the gas too :/ I'm hoping it'll stop soon.. Drinking a ton of water and avoiding spicy foods and taking miralax is really the only thing that has helped me stay regular and also not be so gassy

    That has to be it because it does look crazy! I'm 13w tomorrow but look much bigger.
