Hi everyone! I guess I belong over here now! DD was due December 11th but my water broke on the morning of November 26th and she was born by 7:18 that morning! We had to stay in the hospital till Friday, 3 nights stay. She lost too much weight because of a difficult tongue thrust issue and I developed a spinal headache had to have a blood patch which was an ordeal!! I was able to have my vbac which made me so relieved my mom and sil were able to be there and experience her birth. My SIL had to have 2 c-sections so it was an accomplishment that one of us was able to have a vaginal birth!
Now my c-section was not comfortable but my side effects I wouldn't call them complications after this birth have been frustrating and not what I expected- stitch pain, hemerioids, and constipation due to pain meds!
I look forward to becoming apart of this wonderful place with great people. I will be on leave till April then it's back to work!

    Congratulations on your little one, hope you both heal up nicely. The really is no reason to switch BMB though. I've been a November mama since I found out my EDD in march and even though my DD was born Oct 27th, I'll forever remain a November mama. But welcome to you all the same

    Welcome! And I agree about not having to switch boards. I was due Nov 14th and had my baby Oct 20th. I'm active in November but do check the October board for issues ppl are discussing about their babies my son's age.

    Welcome and congrats on your LO!

    I also third about staying on whichever board is more comfortable for you. Or both! I was due 11/25, but looks like today will finally be the day I get to meet her!
