Need to buy stock in the follistim company bc my money is already going there!! Got 4 shots tonight and i feel very full. Looking forward to the next phase of this. Hopefully I will get a trigger shot soon!
IVF #2. 7/12 - 18 days of stims, 3 mature eggs, 3 fertilized (ICSI), 3 transferred (9, 8, 7 cell) on day 3. First beta - 8/21/12 = 105, beta #2 - 8/23/12 = 268, beta #3 - 8/30/12 = 2,352. 2nd u/s - 9/4/12. Baby Boy born 5/1/2013.
IVF #3 Now (12/13). AMH is very low - 0.19. ER (12/5) 12 eggs, 10 mature, 7 fertilized using ICSI. 3 transferred (8,8,8 cell - all grade 2) on day 3. First beta - 12/21/13 = 126, beta #2 - 12/23/13 = 400, beta #3 - na (office was closed for new year's). First sonogram - TWINS aka OMG! -
The embryologist called and said he biopsied all 6 embryos and everything went smoothly. He said normally by day 3 he likes to see 8-10 cells in each one. We had 2 with 9 cells, 3 with 10 and 1 with 12. So, I guess that's good news.....? It's hard to be excited for anything I'm so nervous what the PGD results will show. I wish I could calm my nerves. I feel like barfing haha :-&
That sounds really great! Good luck!

UPDATE: I am triggering tonight and have ER on Friday My lining (I'm so proud!!!) is the thickest it has ever been at this point... 8.1 I had 17 follies at this morning's scan ranging from 13-19. There's more info in my blog (link in siggy, here it is again for mobile bumpers: Cici's Blog)
I am late to the party- sorry! Life has been busy. Nothing new on the IVF front. Just waiting for AF. Hoping she'll show up next week, I have 5 more lbs to lose. Sorry to those that have had to cancel, Im sure it is frustrating. This process is so stressful.
@Praying4Miracle17 I love Taco Soup! I host scrapbooking once a month and that gets requested frequently!
My go to for winter is anything crockpot really. We are in California and the weather is mild-ish so my hubby still bbqs 3-4 nights a week. Recently Ive been making green enchilada chicken soup, soooo good.
32oz chicken broth, 24oz chicken, 1 large can of green enchilada sauce, 1 can diced green chilies, 1 can pinto beans, 1 can kidney beans, 3/4 cups water, bashes of cumin and garlic powder, 1 block cream cheese. Put everything in the crockpot but the cream cheese, let is cook all day, then shred chicken, add cream cheese, let set for 30-60 mins and enjoy! I add chips and cheese when serving.

Hi Ladies - a little late - getting the hang of the weekly check-ins!
D6 Labs and U/S today. E2: 189. 14 follicles, largest is 10mm. They upped my Menopur to 300 iu, keeping Gonal F at 300 iu. I go back Friday for my next set of labs and u/s so will have an update then.
Sorry for all those who had to cancel! And lots of good luck and wishes to everyone!
QOTW: one of my fave winter meals is the roast chicken that my husband makes in the slow cooker. (he is the chef in our family - when he isn't traveling). It always comes out super moist and tender, and perfectly seasoned!
The beta says no baby. I am sad but also relieved that the waiting is
over for this time around. It looks like we are being recommended for
what is called a patch protocol. Has anyone tried that? It apparently
goes for more than a month.........sounds like not fun at all - but
babies are worth every second of torment. If we decide to go this
route, it would begin in mid-January to have all of the hard core
monitoring happen mid-february during my husbands teaching break, in
case I have migraines again and can't drive. I just drank a beer
@JillWheat im so sorry this cycle didnt work out *hugs* hope you're doing ok and the steps for the next cycle help keep you motivated and strong.

Can I be added to the list? My ER will likely be 12/9.
So far:
1st monitoring appt after 4 nights of stims: E2 451; 8 on the right and 6 on the left all under 10mm
2nd monitoring appt after 6 nights of stims: E2 over 1200 (eek!); 12 on the right and 7 on the left. Largest was 15mm and the rest were around 13mm.
One of my favorite winter foods is potato soup.
