Did anyone use this while in the NICU? Is there a good way to export the diary somewhere?

I just found about it. It looks pretty neat but didn't purchase since we're long past the NICU stay at this point.

It kept my mind occupied while she was in the hospital, but I want to put it out somewhere.

I downloaded and she's it too, but like you said, can't seem to use it elsewhere. I ended up switching to Caring Bridge since I was typing kith the journal entries and a million texts to family/friends and CB covered all bases.

I never even thought of doing that. Would have been easier updating family if I had.

Hi - just saw this question asking if it's easy to export the diary from the MyPreemie app...the answer is a resounding "yes"!
It was designed especially to be easily exported by email or Facebook so NICU parents can update friends and family on their babies. (You can also print the diary in PDF to have it with its artwork as a precious keepsake.)
If you just tap on the Share icon (two hearts in a circle), you'll see - tap on Facebook or email and it's off.

I'm so glad to hear that - and you're welcome!
The response by parents and experts has been amazing - now we have to figure out how to spread the word to new preemie parents that this resource is there for them.
Anyone with ideas, please let us know!

We had a few Dr appts yesterday. The pediatrician is happy with her growth now that we're fortifying her formula. She's up to 11lbs. Which is hard to believe!

She got her synagis shot yesterday and we went to the ENT because they think she has Laryngomalacia. They're putting a camera up her nose on Monday to confirm.

Wow, 11 pounds....so most people strangers who meet her now have no idea she was a preemie (unless they ask that so-hard-to-answer question, "how old is she?"....)

It sounds like she's getting good care! Great that she is being tested to find out if laryngomalacia is causing her any problems. And synagis is such a help this first winter. In case it would be helpful, the preemie parents organization Hand to Hold is holding a Facebook chat next week, on Dec 11 at 11:30 CST, about getting through the winter with a small preemie. (I know about it because they asked my co-author Emma Trenti Paroli to be the guest expert.)
