Mine disappeared completely the day he was born, hasn't been back. And I had terrible heartburn too, had to take Zantac or I was in misery.

Mine did! It's fantastic. DD was born with a full head of hair and now don't feel like it was as crazy that I was eating Tums like candy. I thought the heartburn was just from certain foods I was eating/drink (like OJ), but I haven't had any heartburn since DD was born.
What about pregnancy rhinitis, aka stuffy nose? Has anyone had that and did it go away? I was miserable this week and am back addicted to nose spray so I hope once baby is here it will go away.

I actually just had this conversation with my sister! She said it was a miracle that she could breath normal the minute she delivered my nephew.
Yep I cannot wait for my baby girl to arrive so I can feel and eat anything I want without having heartburns!! I had those during both pregnancies and wasn't fun...
I agree with PP's YES it will!! Mine has gotten soooo much better since LO dropped. I didn't notice an actual change in the way my belly looked but I did notice I wasn't eating tums ALL day!
Dr. told me babies head is really far down and he has dropped and a light bulb went off "so that's why I am not living on tums". Amazing.
I've dropped but no relief because I'm too short waisted!
I had the most miserable heartburn I could ever imagine. I would just start puking at random times from the reflux during the second half of my pregnancy. He was born at 8:02 last Wednesday. I had the smallest bit of heartburn that night and nothing since then. It was like magic.
I've had terrible heartburn and my OB said I could take zantac and pepcid twice a day...I take it like clockwork and I haven't had heartburn since! It's magical!
Re: Will this heartburn magically disappear?
It was one of the best feelings!
