Best Newborn Diapers

First sorry if this is a repeat post. I have seen this post before but when I did a search I could not find what I was looking for. Ok REGARDLESS of price, what are the best/your favorite newborn diapers. I remember seeing little joeys mentioned but I do not remember what else. I did not use newborn cloth on my son, I used sposies and started cloth at about 4 weeks and he was big enough at that point for the one size (big boy). Thanks ladies!

I also used covers with prefolds. Rumparooz covers with NB prefolds (osocozy, I think). I didn't use any AIO NB dipes.

Blueberry Mini Coveralls (formerly Swaddlebees) are very popular, as are Thirsties (sized), but I didn't use either of these, so I can't elaborate.

Kissaluvs size 0 were my favorites. DS pooped with pretty much every feed and fitteds were just great at containing it. I would have gone through fewer covers if I'd had more fitteds.

I never had a full NB stash, since I did a diaper trial and DS was okay in GMD yellows until we transitioned to OS diapers.

If we have a second child I will probably look to round out my NB stash with whatever deals I can find on Kissluvs size 0, GMD workhorse fitteds and NB Simplex (or whatever Blueberry is calling them now). And maybe a dozen NB prefolds.

Little Joeys are small and fit great, but a lot of people have trouble with their absorbency. We didn't have that problem. However, they didn't fit very long.

My favorite were the newborn Simplex. They are a bigger newborn diaper so you might have some poo leaks until LO chunks up a bit, but they will fit the longest.

My second favorite were the Kawaii P&N. They are cheap and fit for a long time.

Third favorite are GMD workhorse fitteds. Absorbent and easy for MOTN changes.

I love my newborn Simplex, and wish I'd bought way more of them (we only have two).

I also really like my Kawaii P&Ns, and GMD prefolds and workhorses. Oh, we use Best Bottom shells as covers. I adore their prints.

I'm one-and-done, but if I had to CD a newborn again my stash would look something like this:

12 Kawaii Pure & Natural pockets
12 prefolds (either GMD or OsoCozy)
12 GMD newborn snapless workhorse fitteds
2 Proraps Classic covers size newborn
2 Thirsties Duo size 1 new aplix covers
2 Blueberry mini coveralls in aplix

For me, the best diapers are the Disana tie nappy, with one hemp insert and a muslin prefold,and the Disana wool cover. I'm in love of those nappy diapers,there are not bulky, and they hold a lot. You can adjust them to the perfect side for a newborn baby.
