I'll start...I got my first BFN from a treatment cycle....I haven't been to work all week. In fairness to me, I have a super shitty cold, but I'd be lying if I didn't admit my major illness was feeling blue. Someone else confess something!! Please!

I am sitting at my desk for lunch eating my body's weight in PF Chang's chicken fried rice. I have been so good about eating healthy and losing weight but today I am in one of those moods where I just don't care. I was hungry and it is delicious. om nom nom.

I am skipping work's holiday party on Thursday. First, who in the world schedules a holiday party during the week (and expects you to show up to work bright and early the next day)? Second, given that I am fully expecting a BFN at tomorrow's Beta, the last thing I want do to is plaster a fake grin on my face and pretend that everything is all happy. I would much rather go home and eat pizza in my pjs.

For the last 4 days, I tell people (DH included) that I'm doing great on my running and training...but I just take my dog out for a walk for 2 blocks to the park, sit around, and come back 40 minutes later, pretending I ran 3 miles. I'm still dehydrated and tired from the cooking and drinking last week!

I'm a week late on setting up the advisory committee for my program's state approval. And I don't care. And it feels great.

And for lunch our culinary program made baked potato casserole and chocolate chip cookies. I ate both and they were delicious.

I love it @gsancho! I was doing C25K last year and doing an amazing awesome job. Running further and faster than ever before. Then I realized that I was running on a slight decline.

At lunch today, I ordered a bag of sliced apples...in addition to the fries that came with the combo. I was going to be good and only eat the apples. I devoured it all. LOL.

I love it @NotSoPatientlyWaiting. Yesterday I went to Chick Fil A and got a large fry and a peppermint milkshake. That was my lunch. I thought they forgot to give me a straw and I almost had a meltdown.

I had today off work and everyone thinks I cleaned, went grocery shopping and did laundry. What I really did was watch Netflix and eat leftover Thanksgiving candy. Yep. No clean clothes for tomorrow.

mines small..

but when my husband came home from work earlier this week..-i told him all the things ive been doing to our new house (cleaning, cooking, organizing, unpacking) lol when really i did 2 of them, he thought i worked so hard, that he offered to rub my feet for 20 minutes! ((i didnt correct him)) it was AWESOME. i might try round 2 tonight haha.

I'm so stressed out with work, buying a house and this IF stuff - I really miss wine. I mean REALLY miss it. I just ordered a case of de-alcholized (why bother) wine just so I can feel like I'm drinking. Who does that? I also had M & M's for lunch - which I later learned 54 of them is equal to the caffeine in 2 cups of coffee. I wonder how many are in a package.

I really love these confessions! Here's mine: while discussing Christmas gifts, my SIL decided that each couple in the family would together buy each family member one gift. I asked if she was sure 'cause she loves to shop. Well... yesterday morning she tells me in passing that she buys my husband 3 Christmas gifts. I asked her why we agreed to only buy 1 gift since the damn holiday sales all passed and I could have bought extra gifts but didn't want to embarrass her. She told me I misunderstood her lol and the number of gifts didn't count, it's the cost that counted. Well, my confession is now I plan to buy my MIL the gift of the century just to spite SIL and blow her out of the water. A spite gift...this is how low I will go when I'm pissed!

I just got home from getting my hair cut and colored. And my eyebrows waxed. And a facial (they were running a special). Plus tip. And I needed to pick up some nail topcoat. I spent entirely more money than I meant to. Like @200 dollars. Which I realize isn't totally insane for the haircut and color and highlights and the other stuff, but it's a bit much. Not like hugely effecting to the overall budget, but I feel bad spending that much on myself. Confession part 2: I didn't tell H how much it cost. He can look at the bank account if he wants. If he wants to discuss it with me he can bring it up. He knew I was going and about how much it would cost, but I'm not getting into specifics. I feel a teeny bit justified and let myself get talked into the facial and highlights because I just paid off our car. Technically we paid it off, but the large chunk we just paid came from a trust that's mine. And spending it on the car was totally okay, don't get me wrong, but I feel like that means I get a nice haircut.

I have another confession - I locked myself in the office, told DH I was studying so he wouldn't bother me, and pulled out a stash of chocolate, put my headphones in, and have been laying on the floor munching on chocolate, bumping, and listening to awesome Christmas music. I don't feel bad leaving him alone or not sharing my chocolate.

Sorry about the BFN... I will confess... I called in sick today. I don't feel well at all but I am not sick, it's mostly exhaustion from all this crap. I am so sick of it and depressed that here we are in the Christmas season again and I am still not preggo. I know you ladies all know what I am talking about.

OMG, I agree about the wine. I actually cried last week when I realized I wasn't going to get to drink my favorite Christmas wine from the local vineyard. I'm going to order a case and save it (why? What if I actually do get pregnant?).

Girl me neither... I can't lie i'm sitting here thinking about the McDonalds french fries I want to eat. AF came today and I am like a freaking food monster! I want to eat everything but my weight watchers weigh in is today. Darn you AF and your mind numbing cramps and food cravings!

This is bad. I am ashamed that I thought it. But when the diagnosis was changed to premature diminished ovarian egg production I thought about how I wanted to have children years ago but DH wanted financial security..and how now we are going to leave financial security to even have the child. For that moment, I was really mad at him for making us wait. And I know that it is really unfair of me to think that, so now I feel bad.
