Back pain anyone?

MH has now taken to calling me "Quasimodo" because I'm hunched over. It's come and gone the whole time but its been pretty awful the last three straight days. Boohoo me :(

I've started getting some pain in my back lately. I recommend massages.  I get them monthly and soon I will switch it to 2x a month. Also, at night I sleep with a pillow between my knees and under my belly which seems to help also.
I've also resorted to the pillow between the knees. My last pregnancy, the back pain didn't start in until ~ 20 weeks. This time has been HELLA early. When I get up in the middle of the night, I hobble to the bathroom. It's bad. I have a massage set up for friday.

  • omg yes.  I have been getting pain in the lower right side of my back.  It doesn't typically bother me much until the end of the day, but I hobble around like a fool when it kicks in.
  • YUPP lower back, this one being the second I knew it'd hurt more since they are lower. Not to mention the fact my uterus is tilted so that doesn't help any >.<. Sleeping with my half body pregnancy pillow is a must, and my heating bad for those really bad days.

  • I definitely gotta get a body pillow but in the meantime I scheduled myself a prenatal massage for tomorrow after work :)

This. I'd definitely set up a prenatal massage ASAP and get a belly pillow if you haven't already. My back has started in and massage and pillow sleeping has really helped. (I love my Leachco Back n' Belly)
