Another T&P Request (Spotting, Loss Milestone)- Update, Goodbye Again

Hi ladies,
Just asking for a few more T&Ps. If you remember, I had really off betas last week, so we were sure this wasn't a viable pregnancy. Consider me shocked to find that there was a heartbeat! I was spotting brown at the time, but my doctor told me not to worry unless I started having red bleeding and cramping. Well, I've spotted steadily all week, and now it's red 
No cramping still, but honestly, I had a missed miscarriage with no cramping before, so I'm not too sure I would actually have any cramping, or that I'd actually miscarry without stopping the prometrium.

Things aren't looking great.
A few T&Ps for the spotting/bleeding to stop would be so appreciated. I'm trying to have hope, but really don't want to set myself up for disappointment either.... as we all know too well, it's just rough.
Repeat u/s is scheduled for next Thursday. If I continue to bleed, I'll be heading to Emergency tomorrow night to have things figured out and hopefully get an expedited u/s and some answers.
UPDATE- Unfortunately the bleeding picked up while I was out with DH tonight, and I am in the process of miscarrying. I passed the baby already, so there is no doubt about the loss. We are so crushed, but we've been through this 3 times now, so we are more numb than anything right now. We can't believe this keeps happening! I've enjoyed my brief periods here, and will continue to lurk PGAL daily (as I did before this BFP), hopefully I will be able to stay one day.
