STRETCH MARKS! WAHHHHH. I thought I might get away without them. Oh well off to the drugstore for some Mederma for me.

    I got mine when I had a growth spurt in high school! Now I have moar! They will fade over time and become less noticeable hopefully.

    My bf jokes my tummy looks like a fire! Hahaha I love my stretch marks they freak out everyone that sees them!

    This (sorry) makes me feel better. I've had sooooo many come up. :( I'm sooo purple. My before pg ones were white. These are BRIGHT!!!
    As a kid & teen, I spent my summers and afternoons out in the sun swimming. When I have a tan, they become even less noticeable. Right now they're pretty obvious, but hopefully a little skin color in the spring will even them out.

    @alanna7777 I hear bio oil works well. I started using it at the start of 2nd tri like the bottle recommends. Nothing yet... But I hear if you already have them it helps dramatically. Apply when still purple rather than healed.

    Sorry, that stinks! I had little ones that were hardly noticeable on my hips from growing in high school before pregnancy.

    The ones on my belly just showed up in the past 3-4 weeks. I know it comes with the territory, but every once in a while when I see them in the mirror I'll get pretty upset. I just hope they get lighter as time goes by.

    There is a Mederma made specifically for stretch marks, but I think it is made of gold because it is really expensive!

    I just started getting them too and I've been using bio oil and coco butter. I was expecting to get them so it didn't surprise me but they are pretty annoying since they are really itchy.
