Ugggh yes!! I despise bra shopping and I've just jumped up to a size that's not available in the little town I live in so now I have to drive 2 hrs to buy one! X(
I had to buy new bras before I even knew I was pregnant. Looking back, that was one of my first symptoms but I didn't put 2 and 2 together at the time.
By the middle of the 5th week (I think?), I was already wearing stretchy bras. I started at a 36D, and I probably am a good F by now. I have some racerback sports bras, a stretchy wire-less bra and some Ahh Bras I'm rotating right now.... good enough!

@1982babies (and anyone else), any recs for bras for the chestier folk? I'm a 36G on non-pregnant days and need a comfy bra for sleeping in. I used to be able to get away with sleeping in the XL Target sports bras but they don't provide much support and now that my boobs are so sore I want something with a bit more structure. Adjustable straps but not breaking the bank would be great.
Anyone have any brands they like that go up to larger sizes?
Honestly, not sure. I mean, the Ahh Bras (or similar) are nice because they're super stretchy and would be great for sleeping (I've used them a few times), but I usually take everything off before bed and just snuggle with a pillow against my boobs.
I put on an Old Navy "bra top" the other day and there was significant boobage explosion. I had to laugh. I think it's an Xl also, lol. I am holding off on buying bras for a bit because I want to see how it goes, but I think when I do go to buy more I will just get nursing bras.
I've seen other girls post about getting cheapo Target bras, but I am not sure how big they go. My suggestion is to go stretchy and maybe just double up!

@youregoispreggo I have the same problem! I have heard that Lane Bryant has some larger bra sizes. I have also heard that there are some places online that have good bras. If anyone finds something let me know PLEASE! My girls are smashed and I can't wear a sports bra at work
@lmagruder I'm normally in a size larger than most stores sell in-store so have a hard time finding bras. I've found a few boutique-y places in my area where I can actually try brands on but otherwise I have to order online. I've had good luck ordering from Nordstrom because they have a free shipping/free returns policy which is AWESOME. I bought 4 or 5 bras from there and returned what didn't work. Other websites I've used are herroom.com and barenecessities.com
For regular bras (not sleeping or sports bras) I really like Panache and Elomi. I've heard good things about Freya as well but haven't worn any of those. Without a sale these can run a little high priced, which is why I'm on the hunt for cheaper sleeping bras!
I'm in NC and Belk and Dilliard's usually carry bras in E and F in the store so if you're just a bit over DD you can probably find bras in department stores.
I bought some on clearance at Kohls week. Admittedly some are an ugly color I might not normally go for but the prices were hard to beat. I was not shopping for especially large sizes, but it did seem to me that the clearance section had much more of larger sizes than smaller sizes.
i probably should...just cos i have the very sexy VS push up bras, and i am a 38DD, sooo although they are still in there and i do not have the double boob effect going on, as much as i love push up, the under wire is bothering me. their regular bras actually run bigger than expected, so i recomend those.
I am definitely in need of some bigger bras. I am holding out to get a good deal on Black Friday I already bought a sleeping bra which has definitely helped.
I needed a new one by week 5. I was pretty pumped to have a noticeable chest for the first time in my life! Regrettably, they've stayed about the same size since that week. I was really hoping to rock this new and unexpected cleavage as much as possible before the bump takes over!

I have died every day waiting for you. Darling, don't be afraid, I have loved you for a thousand years. And all along I believed I would find you, time has brought your heart to me. I have loved you for a thousand years. I'll love you a thousand more.
Ugg - I started wearing a sports bra before I even knew I was pregnant! Bras have never been comfortable for me (are they for anyone?) so I just figured mine were getting old...now I think my boobs were already changing and I just didn't realize the connection.
I've been wearing sports bras for the past two months but I'm feeling like that can't last forever. At some point I'm just going to be over the uniboob. Maybe I'll order some on sale on Friday.
Before I even knew I was pregnant, I went from a 36C to a 34DD over a week or so. This one is now starting to be a bit restrictive.
I'm having a really hard time finding smaller band sizes 32-34 with bigger cup sizes D and up. Are you finding them in stores or having to order online?

If you find out please let me know. I started as a 32D on the smallest hook, I've moved to the largest now to stay in them but it's definitely not as supportive as I'd like. What I really need is a bigger cup and don't know where to go. I'm hesitant to order online because I'm really not sure what size to go with.
I'm spilling out of most of mine but I have one wireless one that's stretchy enough to still work so mostly I'm wearing that and sports bras that I already had. I'm going to see how long I can keep wearing those before actually going out and shopping for new ones.
I'm usually a 32D and am currently rocking the quadra-boob. Can we just make this fashionable for now?! I'm guessing online shopping is in my near future.
