Ugly cry... What to do?

So I brought my daughter to work with me today. We had loaded up the car since we're leaving as soon as DH gets off work to go to his parents. I'm CDing while there an had everything packed with some of it in a laundry basket. Well this morning as I was pulling out the stroller the basket comes tumbling out with all my clean diapers and wipes :(. On to nasty wet ground no less. Made me cry when i realized all my wipes landed in a puddle. So 2 questions, on the diapers that hit the ground on the PUL exterior and don't look dirty, should I still wash before putting them on her? And can I wash dirty road diapers and wipes with just normal soiled diapers?

if they're not wet, don't rewash the ones with PUL.  I wouldn't

and yes, just wash them all together if they're in need of a wash
