I am so sorry you're going through all of this. I would maybe mention to your OB that you don't appreciate that particular reference. I'm surprised she isn't sensitive to that already!
Just saw your update Your OB needs to learn to express her opinion without being an asshole, but that aside, thinking of you and sending positive thoughts that everything will work out for the best. If your LO is anything like you he'll be a strong fighter no matter when he comes. Hang in there, you can do this!
Reading that made me angry for you!! If she says it again, maybe you can express the fact that you and certainly most other pregnant women do not like the term "dead baby", and could she please choose different words. If you start feeling like you can't trust her judgement, I would ask for a 2nd OB's opinion. You have every right to do that. I'll be keeping you guys in my thoughts and sending good vibes!
What in the name of fuck?! What kind of OB says that? Please say you punched her. Right in her stupid face. I am so sorry some moron said that to you. Please keep us updated and hang in there, mama. You are doing great and your outlook is better than mine would be. Seriously...I will punch that woman for you if you want.
@Bethugknee I'm seriously trying to cope with her for the next week and get to 32 weeks and then we will go at it if we have to. If she keeps saying "dead baby" or not listening to me or the MFM, ill refuse treatment from her and I don't know what I'll do then. The MFM doesn't deliver she is just the specialist. I'm frustrated and nervous. I obviously am not trying to be negligent and just ignore her and keep him in I just want to do whatever we ALL think benefits Noah and she keeps acting like I am not worried about that which makes me so mad because I'm stuck peeing in a pan not this lady! Aghhhhh vent done for now...
