2 year old clenching fist and holding breath?

in Toddlers: 24 Months+
My 2 year old son has been holding his breath and clenching his fist when he is excited.  He also starts rubbing his fingers together.  Anyone else have a kid doing this?

    I've seen children do something similar to this.  One of them wants to hug or touch a baby and grits her teeth and shakes and clenches her fists.  I think they're just trying to contain their excitement lol
