BFPs - BFP cycle symptoms like non-BFP cycle symtoms?

Ok for those of you who've had BFPs, did any of you ever have symptoms during your BFP cycle that seemed exactly like symptoms you had during pre-AF, non-BFP cycles?
I'm only 5dpo but already I'm getting sore bb's, just like pre-AF - in the same spots even, already I'm getting cramps, just like pre-AF...
I'm losing hope so soon - it's only 5dpo:(:( And to add insult to injury I have miz PMS for a full week before AF.
TTC in 2008. Stage II/III endo, Hashimotos hypothyroid, low morph (3%).
2 cycles Clomid/Ovidrel/TI/Crinone=BFN.
IUI #1 - 4 Follistim/Ovidrel/IUI/Crinone = BFN.
IVF #1 - Antagonist w/ ICSI 4/10. 17 retrieved, 5DT of 2, BFN 
IVF #2 - Long Lupron w/ ICSI 6/10. 15 retrieved, 3DT of 2, BFFN!!
Lap 7/21/10
IVF #3 - Clomid/Antagonist w/ ICSI 10/10. 14 retreived, 3DT of 3, BFP 10/20 but m/c. No HB 11/15/10 - D&C 11/17/10.
FET - 2 blasts, 1 survived the thaw. Transfer 2/19. Beta #1 3/1 375, Beta #2 3/3 885, Beta #3 3/8 4261, Beta #4 3/11 9005. U/S 3/8 1 sac 1 yolk, U/S 3/16 1 heartbeat 114bpm!
James born Oct. 24th 2011 via c-section at 38 weeks!
Surprise BFP - Jack born April 28, 2013 via VBAC after PTL at 33 1/2 weeks!

My answer will be less miserable than everyone elses here...
The cycle that I got my BFP with DD I was so convinced that AF was coming because of all my symptoms, I didn't even bother to test...until DH convinced me I was pregnant and I POAS to prove him wrong...
So, YES, you can get AF symptoms that are EXACTLY like BFP symptoms...which makes the 2ww that much more annoying!
I feel ya girl, I'm 9 DPO today and have been cramping and made a similar post this morning looking for a little positivity but got obnoxious fishing comments too!
Thanks triple7 - I appreciate it! I always thought of fishing as people *thinking* they were pg and looking for people to tell them yes, you probably are. I am having the opposite issue - I'm feeling pretty negative at 5dpo and was looking for a little hope, which you gave me, so thanks!
And yes Craft I probably should have posted on 1st tri.

you might be pg, you might not. at 5 (or even 9dpo) the egg may not have even implanted yet.
there are girls that have no sympotoms whatsoever and get a bfp.
there are girls that are convinced af is coming and get bfps
there are girls that have different than af symptoms and get bfp's. everyone's different and we can't tell you if your pg.
if you're looking for hope, the talk yourself into it, if you're looking to be realistic, talk yourself out of it. you don't have to look to a message board to make your or break your feelings. and this type of post is the definition of fishing for people to tell you you're pg. sorry.

I felt like AF was coming, hormones were crazy, sore bb's, cramps, acne etc...
Around 9 dpo my nipples started really hurting & I started burping a lot. Then at 11 dpo I had to pee more then usual. & low & behold I was pregnant.
At 5 dpo is way to early to call it quits on your cycle. Good Luck!
All those cycles I had convinced myself that my myriad of symptoms were a for sure BFP, they weren't. My only symptoms pre-BFP were boobs sore from the get go and about ten times worse than they ever had been and dizziness.
Previous cycles I had every "symptom" in the book.
triple7s - don't sweat it, many of us are relatively new to this whole process and the 2ww emotional roller coaster of a ride. This is a public board and sometimes we just need to put our burning questions/doubts/hopes out there or we keep thinking about them over and over... we understand and there are many others who feel the same.
Then there are those who have been here a while and feel the need to police this board as if they own it...whatevs.
