  TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation

   3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI

  2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI

  BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.

  NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 

  RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 

  IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur.

  Everything was perfect! We transferred 1- 10 cell grade 2, and 1- 8 cell grade 2, both of them are really good embies, and my RE seems pretty confident about them sticking. It was really amazing to see them actually going in to my uterus- knowing they are smaller than a grain of sand, I'd never imagine actually being able to see that- but you actually do see them shoot out from the catheter. I was like "Awww! they're right next to each other" that was a special moment for me. 

  
  

  Now I'm just hanging out with my feet up. I'll probably take it easy today because I already worked out this morning.

  It's crazy, I transferred exactly one month after I started my Lupron on 10/22. It seems like the whole thing was a lot longer than 1 month.

  I test Sat but yesterday I started spotting and it got worse. I called the nurse and she said that it could be from the progesterone pill I'm taking. I told her I've never bled during my 9 cycles of progesterone and in fact, wouldn't start my period until I was off for 3-4 days so this is extremely out of the norm for me. I've been in bed for 15 hours and it's slowing but I don't feel optimistic. I'm still pretty upset by the whole "oops you already ovulated" bit by my RE. I feel like they were careless with my timing. I'm just so angry and frustrated - I'm mad as hell, in fact.

  Anyway, I don't want to bring you down and I've been thinking about you too. I'm so happy for you and I pray those eggies stick!!! Can't wait to here about your BFP!

  Thank you so much for thinking me, I really appreciate all these positive thoughts! I can totally understand how you are feeling! I was pretty floored going into retrieval expecting 16 eggs, and only getting 8. I can't even imagine not having any! Have you had a chance to hash things out with your RE yet? He/She definitely has it comin' 

  
  

  You tested, then you started bleeding? Does this mean you got a + test, and you're worried about the bleeding?! I'm a little confused? Maybe it's just implantation bleeding? Has it tapered off at all, or is it more like a flow?

  No, I go in for BW on Sat to see if I'm pregnant. If this is implantation bleeding then my version of spotting is much different than my nurses. I thought it was tapering off but even though it doesn't make it to the pad it's still steady. I'm not even sure what else I can say to the RE. Even though our insurance covered my IVF, we have a max and we hit it with this one IVF treatment. It was truly our only shot.

  Can't wait to see the update tomorrow!

  Trying for #2 with IVF after damage done in a D&C left me with one functioning (but too scarred) ovary and tube to get pregnant safely without assistance. It's a really, really long story, but that is the gist of it.  We have one daughter (whose c-section birth started this roller coaster) born in 2012 after a miscarriage in 2011. 

  Failed 1st attempt at IVF (Fresh ET day 3, 1 frozen embryo saved) in December 2013.  

  Failed 2nd attempt at IVF (Fresh ET day 5, 2 frozen embryos saved) in February 2014.
