I may have to give up on the environment!

OMG, this boy's potty training may be the death of me! While I was typing up that last post DS2 dropped a big duece i his diaper, which I wasn't expecting since he had a huge one already this morning. So he starts to pull off his diaper, I still have DD attached to me nusrsed to sleep, the BM of course blew out the second diaper cover of the day and it isn't even 10 yet. So I'm squatting in the bathroom trying to wipe poop of his bottom while I have DD attached to me on the my breast friend, losig my balance and going through a thousand wipes. This shit is literally out of control. I can't keep up with the laundry for this many blow outs. I can't hop up to put him on the toilet when I hear him grunting if I am nursing DD. AAARGHHH! It was so much easier potty training an only child!!!!!

Would I be a horrible Oregonian if I switched to disposable pull ups for him? Would that even help with the poop everywhere situation?

I have no advice, but I totally laughed out loud at your description. I'm sorry. I know I'll be there soon.
Fwiw it was suggested to me to take care of the older child's needs first bc they have a concept of time, whereas little babies have no concept if time. Does that make sense? Of course you also don't want to mess up her nap. So again, I really have no advice. Just sympathy.

Lol that is a hot mess! Man I have no input. I was asking my friend the toher day about potty training her 5 and 3 yr old when they were 2 and she said her son she messed up by doing pull-ups where she didn't do it with her daighter and her daughter had way less accidents. But that is tough the ness with while having a baby in your arms. Aye hopefully the last poo of the day!

Interesting. I did eventually have to detatch her from nursing and lay her on the bathroom floor (gross) becasue there was too much poop for me to clean with only one hand. Maybe I just need to start interrupting a nurse for his grunting. It will suck to hear her cry, but if I can just get him to poop once in the toilet I think we can transition to underwear. So far he'll pee in the toilet on his own if I have him naked, but when I put cloth training pants on him he has peed in them. Poop he still stifles until he has a diaper on.

The pull-ups won't help it will be worse because they don't hold blow outs well. I would just stop nursing and stick him on and bribe him with candy or something after. Also one mom tried leaving him in his poo and he learned a fast lesson

I'm not above bribery. I have a six pack of hotwheels out on display as a reward for poo in the potty.
