Arm Hair?

Hi! Just wondering if anyone knows when toddlers get arm hair? Our son will be 3 in January and has alopecia. So he has no hair, but has eyelashes and eyebrows that come and go as they please. I am just trying to sort of figure out whether he will be getting any arm hair or not or when to watch for it! Thanks! :]

DS has always had some fine arm hair, it is very blonde so hard to see but it's there.

My son is 25 months and has some arm hair...I think he's always had it.
