I made a huge crock pot of spaghetti meat sauce yesterday. Like 4 meals worth. I was waiting for it to cool before bagging it up. Then I forgot and left it out all night! Shit! It has ground beef in it. I know it was still warm at 10 and it's 6:30am now.
So, should I freeze it or toss it?

But the real risk is with uncooked meat, right? I don't think there is as much chance with cooked meat, but I probably wouldn't keep it.
