I am waiting until we move to our house to give a big boy bath. When we were using baths in the hotels when we were in PA and NY a week ago, he loved it.
We just put a bath mat down in the tub and lay Camden on it. We fold up a small towel to put under his head. He loves it! He lays there and kicks and splashes everywhere. Just have to watch him close so he doesn't roll over.
We are doing neither....? Lol it's the only "tub" I've been able to find that fits them both. I'm too afraid to brave them both in the big tub in case they both decide to go swimming at the same time. I wouldn't know who to save first.
DS has been in the big bathtub for a few months now, but I'm thinking of giving my old blow-up tub a try (if it still works!) because he is always trying to roll over, and I'm a little nervous about letting him sit in just the big tub.
I just tried him in the big boy tub and he had fun, but he gets so slippery I'm nervous he's going to slip forward and hit his head. I think I'm going to try the laundry basket idea or get an inflatable to put in there. He loves splashing around!

Brilliant!!!!!!!!
If somebody thinks they're a hedgehog, presumably you just give 'em a mirror and a few pictures of hedgehogs and tell them to sort it out for themselves.-Douglas Adams

My baby giant is still in the mesh insert in the tub in the kitchen sink! I want to move him to the big tub but his schedule is an hour earlier than ds1 and I can't seem to coordinate it all without bathing him in the kitchen so I can keep an eye on my big one. It's a mess!
We use a puj tub in the sink for LO until he starts to sit up on his own better. Then we'll just use the sink by itself. Probably use that as long as possible so I don't have to bend over the bathtub.
We put Fiona in a reclining bath chair in the big tub and she seems to like it...although I think she'd like sitting up and splashing around better! Just wish I weren't so worried about her slipping.
We are in the baby tub set inside the big tub. Its just easier. She has been in the big tub when visiting the in laws. They don't have any "non-slippy" things in the tub so she was able to make herself slide around on her butt. She loved it. She would make herself slide towards the faucet and I would push her back to the other end. It was a game to her.
Right now the girls take turns in the mesh bath chair I have, while big brother is also in the bath. But, I am loving @jordynleighx3 solution! I may have to try that tonight! The girl need a bath tonight and I'm by myslef, might keep them from having to take a cold bath one at a time. And forget about doing it along with the 2 yo on the loose!

This is me, too. Too nervous about the big tub! He is still bathing in his Whale of a Tub.
