  I have a little blue monkey outfit from Carters-it has monkeys on the feet! Of that outfit is too big, I have a little blue gown that converts to a footless sleeper covered with little puppy paw prints.

  I think this is what we are going to do for a boy.  If we have a girl she will go home in the same outfit I wore when my parents brought me home.
