  I had to be induced. Spent 24 hours in labor and pushed for over 4 hours only to end up with an emergency c-section. I also had an episiotomy and a placental abruption. Is that scary?

  Best advice I can give from a fellow anxious mama who just had her second baby:
  
  Read as many positive birth stories as you can! Everyone's birth is different, so don't get anxious over or even listen to other mama's traumatic birth stories. More often than not, birth is not scary. But it's the scary births that our culture loves to repeat. I read Ina May gaskin's birth stories but there are some all over.
  
  Your body is MADE for giving birth; trust it and try to turn off your mind. Good luck!

  Well, i don't think you were referring to me, but incase you were, I didn't make an asshole comment...You asked if anyone else was due and I said I was and that was a coincidence. That's far from being an asshole 'round these parts.

  I didn't make an asshole comment. I told you how my baby's birth went down. I didn't even tell you about how the umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck and she wasn't breathing and had to have surgery on her heart not even 24 hours after she was born.
