Ok November mamas, time for our weekly check-in! I'll go first:

It's been a rough week. Started with a long round of timeable contractions early in the week. They woke me up at 2am and became 7 1/2 min apart before finally stopping when I got up around 9. The next couple days I had more random contractions again just for an hour or so each time. Then Wednesday I thought I might be experiencing back labor but it was only on one side. The pain subsided within an hour and hasn't returned.

Pretty much 90% of the time baby is in a horribly uncomfortable position now. I don't get much relief. I am just trying to stay relaxed and focused. My mom will be here Sunday so that will be a good distraction.

My dr checked me for the first time today and my cervix was softening and I was dilated 1-2. So the progress has begun. No plan to induce yet since baby still looks great on the NST. Next appt on Thursday if nothing happens before then. Guess we'll see what the next week brings!
Me:41, DH:41 Positive for MTHFR mutations- one copy C677T, one copy A1298C. One daughter born on Thanksgiving in 2013. Six losses.

    Just had my 39 week Drs apt this afternoon with my most favorite Dr who delivered my daughter.  She is on call Monday into Tues so I would LOVE to go into labor on Monday so she can deliver me again.  Thank the Lord Above I am dilated 1 cm and have sporadic contractions.  When I was pregnant with #1 I was past my due date, wasn't dilating at all and had a horrible membrane stripping experience with another Dr in the practice (while not dilated in the least) and was in labor for 3 days.  Here is hoping things get cracking and this little one decides to come on Monday.  That would be AWESOME!!!!

    I'm due 12/12 but should be having a scheduled c-section the first week of December, however the doctor doesn't think I'll make it that far.  At my 36 week appointment on Thursday I was already 1.5-2 cm dilated and 50% effaced.  I've been having random contractions here and there. With both of my girls my water broke at home and I wasn't dilated at all. I may well end up being a November mommy! I'm so glad I didn't order my Origami Owl birth month charm for this baby yet!
