Cute ways to announce pregnancy on Facebook???

Was thinking about saying something like "Guess what has been making me nauseous, bloated, bithcy, tired, excited, emotional, and crazed for the last 12 weeks?"  Truthful, but not very cute:) I need some inspiration... Go!

    We got a sign to hang around our dogs neck that says "Baby Modert Guard Dog. Duty starts June 2014." We are going to put that picture on Facebook and incorporate it into our Christmas card to tell extended family.

    February Siggy Challenge - Picture of You and DH. Us with our engagement pumpkins. DH carved each word of "Will You Marry Me" and the date 10/11/12 into five dfferent pumpkins.

    We are going to wait until Christmas day to annouce on Facebook. We plan on taking a picture of our Christmas stockings. There will be 2 large stockings with Mom on one and Dad on the other. A medium size stocking with DD name and then a small stocking that says Baby (with my last name).

    I'm not sure what I will have as the caption just yet but I'm thinking of something like: Santa is making a special delivery in June 2014.

    Everyone knows my SIL is pregnant with her first, she's 3 months ahead of me, so we got matching maternity shirts for thanksgiving that say turkey on board. I'll probably post a picture of us (my husband his bro my SIL and myself) with a caption saying "happy thanksgiving from the 6 of us!"

    We're announcing on Thanksgiving if all goes well. I'm going to put something like "Counting our blessings this Thanksgiving" and a pic collage if DS with a #1, DD with a #2, and something to represent the new baby with a #3 (not sure what yet, maybe an u/s pic, but I usually am not a fan of those on FB)

    Not sure yet if we are going to use this picture or if we are going to do Christmas stockings... I'm thinking it will be middle of December before we announce on  fb. Family is being told on thanksgiving.

    @loherrim - Oh, OK.  I was a little confused because I thought you had a LO, but he (right?) was much older.  I forgot you were a photographer!

    we got pregnant on our honeymoon so i think i will post a picture of the ultrasound and say something to the effect of Best Souvenir Ever or look what we took back from Marco Island....

    We are going to do the running shoe picture.  DH and I are both runners and I bought white booties with a soccer ball on them because I've been playing soccer for 25 years.  The picture is super overdone, but it's us so I don't care!

    This is what we are planning, except it'll just be 3 stockings as this is our first, with a quote saying "baby makes 3" or someone like that. The dogs will prob be in the pic too...since they are the big bro & big sis!

    I hated how I looked (hello double chin) but it made me laugh when I saw it. Which is always a good think. I think yours looks great too. You look beautiful!

    Thanks. My upside down child isn't how I wanted her. Nor my oldest wrapped around the leg. Plus I think they are too blurred out.

    Maybe dressing up the twins and having them hold little signs under the Christmas Tree ... I like a lot of the ideas on this thread!

    We are turning this pic into a puzzle for the out of state family to open and piece together on Thanksgiving. And then wear these on Thanksgiving for the in towners to see as our announcement to family. We are thinking of taking a pic of our shotguns, my kids .22's and then placing a little beebee gun across the front with the due date written on the end as our holiday card idea?
    I have a 10 yr old and an 8 yr old from a previous marriage. This is baby #3 for me and #1 for him.

    We aren't announcing for another 4 weeks but DH informed me last night he already has an idea. He used to DJ and is into music so he wanted to show two full size turn tables on either side with a fisher price toy one in the middle. The side turntables would have pics of us on the records. Now to get through the next 4 weeks..

    SO and I aren't planning on announcing on FB until mid-December. I love the idea of incorperating Christmas decorations. We'll see what I come up with. Probably the stocking thing.

    This isn't super creative but...we want to get T shirts made and wear them on Thanksgiving. On the front they'll say June 2014, on the back they'll say Baby G. We may try to get the ultrasound pic on there. We'll wear them on thanksgiving and then take a picture of us wearing them and post that on FB and send it to family who won't be at thanksgiving.

    Our dog is our current little baby....I took pictures of him next to 2 signs that said, "I'm going to be a Big Brother!"  and "Baby expected June 2014!"  I bought a pair of newborn imitation uggs (only unisex shoe I could find) to put next to the dog also.  I can't wait to put it up.  2 more weeks!
