Has anyone experienced random dizzy spells while sitting down that come out of no where. This has happened twice so far in the past couple of days. I get a feeling as if I am going to pass out and the room is off balanced. But after a few moments it will go away ?
Re: Dizzy spells at 26 weeks
I can't get the ticker to work, but I have two sons:

Yes! In all 3 of my pregnancies I had this. OB said it was totally normal.
He said if the baby is at all pushing on your bladder which in turn puts pressure on your perennial area you'll be dizzy in no time flat.
Sometimes it's not enough food/water.
In other cases it's that all the bloodflow is going to the baby so other areas are being "shorted" which makes you feel dizzy.
He told me if it passed pretty quickly and I wasn't seeing floaters/having a ton of swelling etc. that it was fine.
It's because I have low blood pressure and now that I'm pregnant it get's even lower! My OB prescribed me compression socks which helps with the circulation in my legs and it's been helping me a lot! I still feel a little light headed but hey, at least I'm not fainting!
