Reality just set and funny storry

I had a major realization today as I was driving back home from picking up a new pair of fall boots (1 new pair every fall) and a funny thing happen to me while I picking up dinner.
While I was in line at Jimmy John's (sub shop- dont judge me about only wanting deli sandwiches when before I was preg I hated them) another pregnant lady and her mom walked in. The daughter ordered the same thing I did (including the extra pickle on the side) and the mom's comment was, "Shouldnt you not have deli meat?" .... The girl just looked at me and rolled her eyes. I almost died laughing since I knew exactly what she was thinking!

The reality that hit was when I realized that before my next birthday in less than 6 months, I will be the mother of a daughter......

I know I know... we have been pregnant for months now and this isnt news.. but I think it finally hit me that I will have the baby for keeps and I dont have to give it back to someone at the end of the night or share turns holding her with other people! She is DH's and I to keep forever and we are the ones who will be passing her around at the family fuctions and get togethers! Thats crazy to me!

Just wanted to share my little story about how I couldnt stop laughing driving in traffic all alone. Im sure I looked crazy!

1) I love Jimmy Johns! We just moved and they dont have one here, Im SO bummed 

2) I eat alot of subway, deli meat is my friend!

3) It is the best thing ever knowing that the baby is yours forever and its SO fun to see family and friends ooh and aww over YOUR baby!

That's so sweet!  And seriously, I didn't have that realization with my first until I was ON THE WAY TO THE HOSPITAL!  LOL  Seriously, I was in labor before it finally hit me that I was going to have a BABY!
