My DH does this all the time and it drives me nuts! He will grab a new bottle of water every time he leaves the house and drink only a quarter of it and then leave it in his car. I go to get a bottle of water and there are non because they've gone to his floorboard to die.
Bring them back in the house! Please stop throwing away a bottle that is half empty or asking if I'm going to drink it. It is not an opened can of soda. It is water. Put the lid on and put in the fridge!

Re: Things SO does that drive you crazy
The toilet is not a suggestion of where to pee. It IS the one and only place to do it!

I'll pull a glass down out of the counter and use it for water in the morning, rinse it and stick it in the dish drain, and then use it that afternoon when I get home for milk, iced tea, more water, whatever. Rinse, rinse, rinse. At the end of the night, it goes in the dishwasher. Simple.
Oh no, not DH. He has to have one glass for the water. Then if he decides he wants a glass of milk, he needs a new glass. Iced tea? Not in the glass he just drank milk from! Oh, hell no! So on and so on.
Grrrrrr. Weirdo.

notice the sound DH makes when he eats.
When he leaves the table he doesn't push his chair in.
I think that's it.
He tends to fall asleep on the couch watching tv every night between 8:30-9pm. This is after the fact that he has coffee after dinner.
He wants me to remind him to change the cat box. It's your cat who reminded you before I was around? You walk by the cat box several times a day if there's shit in it scoop it out. If it smells change the litter!
At least he can take care of his plate, glass, and silverware. If not, I think WW3 would erupt at our house!
Double Edit * I will tell him something.. probably a million times... Then when time comes for it to happen He acts surprised & in shock & has a deer in headlights look.
I'm like dude! I told you a million times you chose not to pay attention to me! Aggravates the shit out of me!
Aside from that, I really can't complain. He puts up with way worse from me!
Oh, he also drives like a Grandpa. We're talking 5 MPH below the speed limit pretty much at all times.

But mostly, it's not replying to my texts, emails, or conversation with an answer to a question. Then when I ask again, I'm nagging. ANSWER MY FUCKING QUESTION IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
Clearly, this makes me stabby.
"Don't get upset you're pregnant!" Don't piss me off I'm pregnant!
Or I get, "Why did you do that? I told you I would!" Uh, because I asked you 46 times and you didn't do it so I did.

2. He never takes out the garbage or does the dishes.
3. He doesn't help me cook on the weekends.
4. He obnoxiously clears his throat all of the time. Makes me think of phlegm. *gag me*
5. He falls asleep on the couch when DS hasn't seen him all day and just wants his attention.
6. Will never offer to do the wash or clean.
They've been the most recent pet peeves.
- Doesn't put his clothes in the hamper, he'll just leave them wherever he takes them off.
- Puts his dirty dishes in the sink, even when the dishwasher is empty. Oh, and he feels the need to get a new glass frequently, leaving the other one in the most random of places.
He leaves water bottles EVERYWHERE. Full, half full, empty. All over.
He insists on playing video games, yet acts like a 5 year old when he can't win.
And EVERYTHING has been the end of the world lately. A leg cramp? You would have thought he was dying. The cats need to be treated for fleas? He made it seem like it was the worst thing that could have happened to us.
Oh, and everytime I express a baby/pregnancy-related worry to him (which I've learned to keep my mouth shut) he accuses me of overreacting.

DH does not pay attention to the time and is late ALL the time! If he has to leave the house at a certain time, he will wait until 15 minutes before he has to leave to even start getting ready. Then he gets irritated at me for telling him he needs to go/get ready. But if I don't say anything, he'll ask why I didn't remind him. Really, DH?!?! You are a grown-up, learn to watch the damn clock!
It's a good thing I love that man.

Stella Margaret arrived on December 21, 2013!
Case in point last night he jumps on the bed I wake up and yell obscenities and he then proceeds to do a few more times and doesn't understand why I'm angry. Calls me crazy. I call him names. It's not a good time.

He is promising a regular house cleaner when the baby comes, so hopefully that will reduce my stress. I do have to add that he does most of the cooking or picking up dinner if he can't cook that night, so he does get some points for being a good husband/father.
