I'm 27w5d and I feel like this baby is going to fall out! Baby's head is so low I feel like he/ she is in my vag. I know it's tmi but holy cow I do not remember ever feeling this with my boys. I have tried yoga to alleviate the pressure and it helps for a whole. 10 seconds. Any other suggestions on things I can do to help? I told my OB today and she just shrugged and said its normal. *sigh* 10+ more weeks of this head in crotch feeling may just drive me insane.
I remember saying that about the same time with my second, I was constantly walking funny and it felt like I could reach up and touch him. Really hoping it isn't that bad this time around, and that you get some relief!
I'm sorry! Have you tried one of those maternity support belts?
@RosiePeare This is me too! I guess I should be thankful I don't have a head in my crotch but I could do without the kicks to my bladder and the ones to my butthole area are just weird. <:-P

I hate to say this but I had this with my son...I think it started around 32 weeks for me but it lasted the WHOLE last 8 weeks. I used to tell DH every day, I think he's just going to fall out! That's what it felt like! Sorry you're dealing with it, it's very uncomfortable!
Well at least I'm not alone! I was getting worried... Hopefully baby stays put until at least 37 weeks, my DS2 was born at 36 weeks and I would rather not have another tiny baby that wants to eat every 30 seconds.
Ugh that sounds so uncomfortable! I can't sympathize, yet, but my ob says it's coming apparently. Baby girl seems to really like being head down every time I've gone and at the u/s the other day. She did recommend yoga and actually acupuncture for when/if it gets bad .... Surprising but maybe worth a try?

Yikes, this does not sound fun. I have no experience or advice with this, but hoping for your sake that your little one shifts around a bit to make you more comfortable!
I know several women who were treated for this during their pregnancies with acupuncture and had relief after just one session. It took several days after the session for them to notice the improvement, but, they were comfortable for the remainder of their pregnancies.
Personally, I can attest to the effectiveness of acupuncture as I reluctantly got treatment for a herniated disk. I had been through injections and they wanted me to have surgery but the acupuncture worked and I've been pain free for 2 years now. (I had just 3 sessions)
