  @kbuckleyharp Like little bites of cheesy heaven!!!  And maybe like mozzarella? Its been years since i've had cheese...

  I am going to definitely have to satisfy my craving for a poutine this weekend. Luckily, I am in Quebec and you can pretty much find one in every restaurant. Although, not all poutines are made equally! (It's all in the sauce..)

  Yeah they are... I don't think I have had good cheese curds in probably ten years. I just have this faded, beautiful memory of the time I went to Canada and had honest to goodness poutine, and I want the real deal so bad. Guess disco fries are the next best thing! I'm gonna have to satisfy my potato craving with the shepherds pie I made for dinner. It won't be poutine though

  I've notice a direct correlation between these type of threads and bad days. I'm not sure if they exist for further aggravation or to cheer me up.
  
  One thing's for sure, the ladies who post "these type of threads" watched WAY to many Get Along Gang and Care Bears cartoons as children.
  
  I'd like to conclude that I have a raging headache and could really go for some type of ice cream cake with a thick layer of semi frozen frosting on the outside. I'll take a corner piece = frosting Xs 3.

  False. The best poutines with the best cheese curds can only be found in the Motherland of Québec, where it originated. Preferably at a Casse-Croute: a snack bar found at the side of the road in most towns, big or small. They will be served to you with the cheese and gravy layered between rows of golden fries and diabeetus.

  I'm from the west coast (Canada) and I've never been to Quebec so I don't know if poutine is different province to province but if I could get my hands on some right now (living in Europe) I'd go nuts!!!!!!!!
