I have a Louis Vuitton I use as a diaper bag...it was a little over $1000. It took me years, Mother's Day and a bonus to be able to justify the money. It is an awesome bag though.
The most expensive purse I've every purchased was $60 on eBay. I bought it 6 years ago, and I still carry it everyday.

Yeah...I think the most I've ever spent on a purse is like $60. I just can't bring myself to spend that much on a purse that I'll probably beat the crap out of.
I get hand me down coachs from MIL. She gets a new purse every few months, so she gives me her old ones. I haven't bought a purse in years.
There are two girls at my work obsessed with getting new coach bags. In the past year I have acquired a crossbody and a tote from them. Both coach in mint condition.
I have a Matt&Nat duffel type bag that I bought for work like 6 or 7 years ago that was around 200. It still looks awesome today even with daily use. I also got a coach outlet score for $120 that's leather and doesn't look like a coach purse. Love it. If I was loaded is want a Hermes bag. But alas I am not.

I just received a new purse last weekend. We went to the outlet, she bought a new purse, emptied out the old one, and gave it to me on the spot. It's only a few months old!
Here, for the judgers: I have purses from Fendi, Prada, Furla, Kate Spade and Modalu (the Pippa Middleton bag) in my collection.
Congratulations?

Handbags are something I've always asked for as gifts. I can't even remember the last time I bought one myself. I guess the most expensive one I own is a Tory Burch that I think retails at around $425.
I have never spent more than $50 on a purse... and that's usually if I have gift cards or something. Money out of pocket, probably never more than $20
I just ...cant. I don't care about bags or shoes. Flip flops work fine for me :P And if I need nice shoes, they're inexpensive and on sale preferably, and on a strict as-needed basis.
But I'm not going to judge or care about what others decide to spend their money on, as long as it isnt instead of feeding their children.
Can I just say that I don't usually spend $200+ on a handbag. I've been carrying around a $30 purse from NY&Co. for about 6 years. I just feel like I deserve to have one nice bag and if I'm not breaking the bank for it, then why not?
I have a Coach bag that is my work bag. I've been carrying it for 3 years and it still looks brand new.
I have a smaller Coach purse that I've had for probably 9 years, but it was at the outlet and on sale and I didn't pay that much. Also still looks brand new.
I don't even love Coach that much, but I like their quality.
MIL gave me a Coach purse for Christmas last year, but I hate it. Maybe I can sell it.

I have probably only spent about $80-$100. I have had them given to me as Christmas or birthday gifts and they probably cost upwards of $250.
I really want a new Coach or MK bag, but now that I have DS I rarely spend any money on myself. I would rather spend it on him or put it toward something more "responsible".
If my Christmas bonus from work is really good, I may get myself a little treat. (Definitely from the outlet.)
First we had eachother.5.27.11
Then we had you.6.16.12
Now we have everything.
I buy my purses at Target for the most part so I rarely spend more than $30. The only expensive bag I own was a Coach purse that my aunt gave me when I graduated from college. I never carry it.
Most expensive was 150. For my 5 year wedding anniversary. I am so cheap but my husband begged me to get something nice I would use. He loves expensive toys and hates we never spend on me. I will not but another that high. I love it and am ready for dd to not need a diaper bag so I can use it again:) it's a coach

I have a super slim wallet with my ID, debit card, credit card, and health insurance card. I carry that and my car keys (single car key and single house key on a plain ring) in my pants pockets.
I hate carrying shit. I keep a brush and lip gloss and deodorant in my car.

Wow!!! My sister also doesn't carry a purse. She uses her boobs!!! Lol I couldn't do that, I even carry my checkbook. :O I also keep deodorant in my car. @RondackHiker.
I spent $150 on a bag at the Coach outlet about 5 years ago. Other than that, my purses are in the $20-30 range from Target or JCP. I'll eventually splurge on a nice one again, but to me 150 is a splurge for a purse. There's no way I could afford or justify 300-1000 for one, but I can't promise that I wouldn't do it if I had it to spend. And I'd never turn one away if it was a gift.

The most expensive purse I've purchased was $350.
I am cheap and don't care what others think of my purse. Does it hold my stuff? Yes, good.

I can't fathom spending more than that. My current purse was $3 from goodwill!
