All right, ladies. Everybody's having another hard day, so I'm throwing a Dec13 potluck right now. What favorite comfort foods are you bringing?

I'll be providing banana pudding from Magnolia Bakery in New York City:

    That looks delicious!!  I love just about ANY type of chicken salad.  I would probably secretly take the bowl and curl up in the corner with that and eat it all.  :)

    I can also bring my broccoli salad, which is really popular at potlucks.  Wow, it will be busy in the kitchen!  ;)

    I have not had the pleasure of eating this mint/yogurt/hummus salad, but I will go directly there next time i'm in NYC!  Have you had the prune dessert with red wine reduction at Frankie's? OMG it's my favorite dessert of all time!  And don't talk to me about Momofuku pork buns.  I keep telling myself i'll try other things when I go there, but then end up eating 5 orders of pork buns with my husband.  UGH.  How am I supposed to expand my horizons when their pork buns are sooooo good? 

    One more thing, if you like Magnolia's banana pudding, you might like Sugar Sweet Sunshine's banana pudding.  I think it's superior, but I would love to know someone else's opinion!

    Taco dip (from skinnytaste.com). Brought it to my friend's BBQ this summer and it was a huge hit...it's so effing good! Plus it is low fat so no guilt.

    Actually, I changed my mind....SHAKE SHACK BURGERS/DOGS for everybody! For those of you who've never had it, it would change your life. And for those of you who know, well, you KNOW. I actually hate myself right now because I want a burger so.bad. and can't get it.

    You can basically "animal style" whatever you want, you just have to know what to ask for.  Put In 'N Out on your bucket list if you've never been.

    Same with @Swirl25's suggestion: Shake Shack delicacies are another junk food thirst to be slaked.  My favorite is the Shack-cago dog.

    I WANT ALL THE FOODS!!! I don't know how to gif, but I'm bringing bacon wrapped jalepenos stuffed with cream cheese and dark chocolate espresso brownies. And wine. Lots of wine. Because at our pretend pot luck we can pretend we're not pregnant.
