  • Part time working from home. I love it! My boss is my baby's grandmother so I have a lot if flexibility :) I will eventually go back to work part time but outside the home when I am ready
  • I work from home full time. My job at a large insurance company had the option to go home, so I did. DD is at daycare 3 days a week and with my Mom the other 2 days.
  • I work fulltime and my sister cares for Alex during the day. I miss him every second that I'm not with him, but in the long run, this is the best plan for our family.

  • FT mom working outside of the home. Like MynaBird, I negotiated for Fridays off and will work Mon-Thurs just a bit longer to flex my time.

  • I would never want to be a SAHM. It's not for everyone.

Lol. It's definitely not! :). I love it though, it feels like my calling to be home with both my boys now. I would never want to be a FT working mom.

Different strokes for different folks. :). And that is perfectly ok!
The saying "different strokes for different folks" just makes me think of different hand job techniques.

  • Currently a SAHM. Next year I will be opening my home business so I will be a work from home mom.
  • We decided after LO arrived that its best for our family if I stay home. In my heart I knew that's what I wanted all along but I had a successful career that I loved. I miss it somedays but the company culture was changing rapidly and I didn't feel like I could be the same employee I'd been before and be a great mom simultaneously.

  • I consider myself a SS. I was actually going to go back to work last week but since my mom passed that's a different story. I plan to only work 1 day/week more for me rather than for $. I serve so it'll only be for about 5 hrs at the most. I need those few hours for myself- to be me and not mommy, if that makes sense?

  • FT working mom here. Canadian though, so I don't have to go back until next year.
  • I clicked SS because I'm a SAHM but I also do Mary Kay and Thirty-One Gifts. Love it because I can work around our schedule :)
