Irritated skin in neck crease

My poor DD has very red skin on the crease in her neck. We noticed it a few days ago and it looked like there maybe was dried milk or spit up in it. I guess we've missed this crease when we bathe her. It's still pretty red now even though I've been wiping it with baby wipes a few times a day. Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do to clear it up? I started putting some ointment on it tonight. I think I may call the pediatrician tomorrow to see what we should do.

    We talked to the doctor about the same thing. Now we wipe it out with a dry cloth each time we change her (I was using wet wipe too, but was told that it is bad to add moisture). Then we put aquaphor in the creases. It looked better the next day and I've kept up the routine.
