No poop for 3 days?

My 3 week old DD hasn't pooped in 3 days. She has tons of gas and occasionally looks like she is uncomfortably straining/pushing, but in general is pretty content. She eats every 2.5-3 hours or on demand whichever comes first, so I'm not sure where it's all going?? Doc Google gives me different answers!

    Is she EBF? If so that's fairly common. I have heard up to 5 days as a general rule.

    The last baby I watched wa EBF and he would sometimes go up to 7 days without a vowel movement. Never sewed unhappy abdication had per diapers. Doctor just said there is less easy with BM and he's using it efficiently.
