Baby Showers

shower games..need help please!

I am co-hosting a baby shower next month and I'm trying to do something other than the same 8 games that are routinely played.  I am doing "The Price is Right" game where groups try to price ten different baby items(bottle, shampoo, jar of baby food, q-tips, etc.).  The group that picks the closest price to the actual price of the item without going over gets a point and the group with the most points wins the game.  I then give all the baby items from the game to the mom-to-be.  It has been a pretty good hit so far for all age groups.  I want to limit the shower to two games since my first game does tend to take a little bit of time.  Does anyone have any different ideas on shower games? Thanks for your input!

  • Have guests get into groups (depending on how many guests you have) each group gets a jar of play do. One member from each team goes to you to get a word (baby related) and has to run back to their group to make the word (ex umbilical cord) teams earn points. Winning team wins a prize. This has was a hit at my bridal and baby shower and was good for co-Ed as well.

You have to make them somewhat difficult or it's too easy. The harder they are the funnier they get. If you do "bottle" everyone gets it in 2 seconds and you have a 6 way tie lol

  • Mold it!!!!

Buy a pack of play doh, split them into teams and then one person from the team comes up at a time and races back to their seat and starts molding the work like bottle, diaper, etc and then whichever team gets the most right wins!!!
    It is super fun,
