2012: Lost "Peanut" at 17weeks to PTL/IC.
2013: IVF#3/FET#4 Elisabeth CJ born April 30, 2014 Cerclage, P17, and 3 months of bed rest brought us our Rainbow.
I'm supposed to go to a party tonight with my husband, and I'm seriously thinking about faking a migraine to get out of it. I can't drink, and I doubt that there will be any good food for me to eat. *pout*
BFP #1 7.16.13 | EDD 3.27.14 | MC 7.29.13
BFP #2 8.28.13 | EDD 5.5.14 | Simon Francis, Due Date Baby!
Its noon here and I just got back from my walk/jog and should be getting dressed, but I turned on Disney junior for DD (still in her jammies) and I'm sitting on my couch in my work out clothes still. Hope no one knocks on my door.
My hubby and I made a deal a couple of months ago that if I cooked he would do the dishes because we don't have a dishwasher in our apartment. Well pretty much ever since I poas I haven't really felt well and have only cooked dinner like 2-3 times, but I still hold my hubby responsible for doing all the dishes. I can't wait until we move in to the new place and the beautiful new kitchen that we'll have with the dishwasher so I can stop feeling so guilty about the dishes. Oh also we normally go to the laundromat once a week to do all of our laundry, and 2-3 times I've told him I've felt to sick to go so he's gone and done the laundry all by himself. I'm totally taking advantage of his willingness to help me out right now.
I have to agree with the short hair thing @rocknroll64 but my hubs is in the navy and rocks the permanent-buzzcut. My son has the most outrageous cow licks ever and he's been buzzed since like 6 months old :-O I can appreciate when a guy looks good with long hair though
I just stole candy from my baby literally. Well he doesnt know it because he's taking a nap and I grabbed stuff I know he wont like but I still feel slightly evil
If we have a boy then we will definitely let him grow his hair. I don't like it when little boys have buzz cuts. I think it looks much too harsh and severe. Little boys who have longer hair look cherubic. DH had curly blonde hair as a toddler and it would have been a crime to cut it off! I'm a hippy at heart thought. And I still love Hanson.

I've got another...I told DH and the in-laws that I would try to leave work early to help with the work they're doing around the house. Ha, I'm still here Bumping away.

Yup. DS is a year now and hasn't had a haircut, though his little friends have already had 2-3. The hair is just starting to curl out in the back and behind his ears and it is the cutest thing ever.

I loved my husband's Navy hair! He's grown it out a smidge because he thought he looked "bald", but I definitely preferred it.
On Sunday DH leaves for IN. He won't be back to get DD and I for 4 weeks. I don't know if I'm more excited to get some time away from him (he's pretty needy, and even more so when I'm pregnant), or more bummed that I won't have back-up from the pack of siblings I have, and the 4 grandparents DD has that can't seem to say no.
Today I'll side on the excited half. It still doesn't cease to amaze me how he doesn't take my pregnancies seriously, like the ms, gas, indigestion, acne, and extra bitchy attitude are things someone would elect to take on without the huge benefit at the end. It's like I'm making it all up until I'm too big to see my feet anymore. Not to mention after the next appointment, he'll have yet to accompany me to the Dr for this pregnancy.
Trying to think of my FFFC, and the post above by @Laura_Elaine made me remember when I peed in one of my son's diapers in the car because I had to go SO bad and there was no bathroom within miles. Those suckers really are absorbent! haha
I have used the toddler potty when my son was sitting on the "big potty" rater than move him. No one likes to be interrupted during that process, and I tried to wait... but alas, I couldn't.
omg I can't even. is this normal? this can't be normal.
It may not be normal, but it's fanfrickingtastic and amazing! This is coming from a girl who pooped in a pizza box in my back yard because I was locked out of the house....
You did what??
Congrats to my GP Sister from another mister Bruinsbabe!!

It was the box or my pants...easy choice.
My FFFC: I literally just figured out your screen name. I read it every dang time and I just figured it out.
Also, I sprayed perfume in my hair today instead of leave-in conditioner and DH just sat and watched. Jerk!
I hate long hair on men. I hate it on little boys too. There are a few friends on facebook where I just want to yell, "Cut your son's hair!"
Sorry, I have to flame you on this because i'm married to a sexy long haired man. I love long hair on men (perhaps i watched too much mtv in the 90s?) and my DH has the most gorgeous dark, wavy hair down to his shoulders. I love playing with it. I actually encouraged him to grow it because it's a borderline fetish for me.
That explains the MGG obsession! It is an obsession. I always get a bit sad when he cuts his hair.
Don't even get me started on Eddie Vedder and Evan Dando though. Ohmygoodness. Exploding ovaries over here.

My long buried, pubescent 90s self is having all the feels over here.

Yes I love little guys with longer hair! I agree the short cuts look to harsh when they're so young.
I don't love men with long hair though, just doesn't do it for me. Probably due to the fact my father was in the Army and H is in the Navy.

My son looked totally cute with the slightly longer curling hair too... but then he decided longish hair is for wiping the food off his hands, so now it's shorter.

I love my boy and his buzz my bias comes from my H in the navy too, plus I feel like everytime I see a little boy with longer hair he's got serious bed head...makes me cringe
