The Big O- TMI?

Hi Ladies,

Just curious to see if anyone else is experiencing what I am during sex. I still feel the desire for sex, the foreplay, etc is still great, the build up is great, but then ALL of my orgasms flop. That never happened to me before DS was born. He'll be 8 months in ~1 week, and I had a c-section. I just don't understand why I cannot have a regular, explosive orgasm anymore. Nothing else has changed though. Am I the only one?

I don't really think it's something requiring a GYN phone call.

Re: The Big O- TMI?

  • It seems like everything with sex is different for me and that's why it's not quite as amazing right now. I think it's from being so tired since my LO is not sleeping well and from the trauma down there (I still have pain from a broken tailbone). I'm hoping a little more time will help. Hopefully this is not the new normal for us!

  • Ouch, broken tailbone! It would make sense for you with all that trauma, and I hope it does get better soon! I just don't understand it because I didn't have a vaginal birth. It's strange, maybe it's hormonal. Or just because my uterus is different? Who knows lol but good luck to ya :)
  • Thanks! I'm wondering if doing more kegels would help, I know I should still be doing them but haven't been. Regardless of how you delivered, things are still stretched and getting back into place so maybe the pelvic floor exercises would help. GL to you too!
  • I wouldn't know. No sex in this house.
