S/O Christmas time - Favorite Songs

So my FFC, is that it's only Nov 1st and I'm totally youtubing up a storm and listening to Christmas songs... What's wrong with me?

Anyway... What is everyone's favorite song(s) of the season?

My tops (not necessarily in order because I can never really decide):

1. Please Come Home for Christmas (either Charles Brown's or Southside Johnny Lyon's version)

2. Blue Christmas (Elvis).... otherwise I really am not a fan of Elvis

3. O' Holy Night (The Trans-Siberian Orchestra version has brought me to tears when I saw them in concert, but I love most any version...such a beautiful song)

    Now that I'm thinking more I probably have WAY more favorites than I listed but it would be pointless to list out... lol

    But I love the Trans-Siberian Orchestra too...especially live.  So awesome

    I like all of the religious-y ones-- which is weird since I am an Atheist.

    My faves are O Holy Night, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, Silent Night, Carol of the Bells, Little Drummer Boy, Ava Maria.

    The only poppy one I like is Dan Fogelberg's Auld Lang Syne.

    I do not follow organized religion...am not Christian...but I ADORE O Holy Night....like, brings me to tears adore

    Also, other religious songs, Christmas and not... Like for example, I have Ave Maria by Schubert on my iPod on my everyday favorites playlist.  Beautiful music is beautiful music. I don't exclude :)

    My faves:

    1.  All I Want for Christmas is You (Mariah version)

    2.  A Child is Born (Rhianna--this is a newer favorite)

    3. The entire George Winston "December" album

    4.  O Holy Night (any version)

    5.  I'll Be Home for Christmas (James Taylor version)

    6. Christmas Song (DMB)

     

    And basically any other song besides Christmas Shoes!

    Holiday Sing Along With Mitch is the best Christmas album. The Christmas Song is the best, uh.... Christmas song. I love Mitch Miller.
