Best insert for night?

We had been using eco-friendly disposables for night only, but the LO sleeping on her side/belly has caused a build-up in one area to the point of it going straight through (even through clothes). I am thinking of putting her back in cloth but are wondering about the best kind of insert (we use prefolds through the day) to soak up all that liquid.
