    I'm planning on a fleece footed pj with a hat.  It gets really cold here in Chicago so she will have that and a cover to go over the top of the carseat to keep her warm.

    Just something soft and cozy for my little guy. No specific outfit, but I will be bringing a NB size and a 3 mo size just because I don't know how big baby will be.

    A little fleece outfit and onesie that says, "Pass me to Mom." It's cute and he will definitely wear it again. But I find the coming home outfit special and plan to keep the coming home outfit for both my boys in a memory box, along with their first pair of walking shoes, and other special pieces or articles.
