My water just broke and I'm on the way to the hospital. I was having a late lunch with SO and I was on the way home when it happened. He was behind me (in his vehicle) but he has to go back to work instead of coming to the hospital with me. So I'm now left to do this on my own. Needless to say I'm scared and worried. I'm only 29 weeks along. Any prayers and words of encouragement are welcome!!
Update: I'm settled in the room and hooked up to an IV and who knows what else...my mind is going crazy right now. SO can't get here and no telling when he will get here. Just trying to stay calm and collective for the time being. I'll keep y'all updated as much as I can. Thank you for all the prayers and support!
Update #2: I'm trying to keep all this on one post so please bare with me. It was a very long and emotional night. I went into labor around 10pm and due to complications beyond control, our sweet little man passed away early this morning. I got to see and hold him for a few hours before he passed away. SO did not make it (long story but this is just who he has become...his work and friends have become more important than me and his son) so I've been dealing with everything on my own. It was so hard to let our baby go but I know he is in much better hands now. Our son was so precious and I have no doubt that he is now looking down over us. Thank you for all your thoughts, prayers and encouragement. It really means a lot to have so much support from y'all. Please keep us in your prayers as we navigate through this time.
Re: Update #2: Prayers please!!
Sending Thoughts & Prayers. Good Luck with everything.

Some of our board members were able to keep their LO in for a while after their water broke, and I hope that's the case for you as well. T&Ps for you and LO.
ETA: I'm not sure what other problems you're referring to, but generally babies at 29 weeks have a very good survival rate. They frequently need oxygen and a feeding tube until their lungs and digestive system develop more, but they're usually ok if they get good medical care. Trying to send you positive thoughts.
